His company pulled a pro-gay shirt back in 08, they also blatantly ripped off an Etsy designers work, featured a t-shirt for women that said “eat less” and most recently had a card with a “tranny” slur on in.

This job is the most gay-friendly, un-judgemental job I’ve ever had, actually. 50% of my co-workers are openly gay, and I’m preeeeeetty sure if you’ve ever shopped at an UO you’d be able to tell what sort of male audience they’re trying to attract. Just sayin’. Can’t expect nothin’ but younger generations of business owners to learn from the older’s mistakes/close mindedness.
